Journey through World Flavors — Arcella

A neighborhood festival that speaks all the world's languages

In Arcella, the most multicultural district of Padua, Journey through World Flavors returns, the intercultural festival that has enlivened Parco Franca Ongaro Basaglia for several years. It is an event born from the grassroots, built together with schools, families, and the many local associations, which makes the encounter between cultures its distinctive feature.

Flavors, music, and workshops

The program combines food stalls with recipes and curiosities from every corner of the planet, musical performances, dances, and a series of artistic and creative workshops: photography, educational games, readings for the little ones, and the evocative exhibition of living books, where people themselves tell their stories.

A collective project of the territory

The event is promoted by the 5th Comprehensive Institute Donatello and organized in a participatory manner, involving families, students, and numerous associations in the Arcella-Pontevigodarzere district: from the Consulta 2 Nord to third-sector organizations like Popoli Insieme, Unicef, and Amici dei Popoli, up to the Unità Pastorale Arcella and many others. Admission is free, and the event takes place in the northern area of the Municipality of Padua, in Veneto.
