Live music and entertainment in the Public Gardens of Jesi
The Jesi Music Festival is the summer music review that transforms the Giardini Pubblici (Public Gardens) on Viale Cavallotti, in the heart of Jesi (province of Ancona, in the Marche region), into a large open-air stage. For three months, from June to August, the gardens' green arena hosts a long series of free-entry music evenings, designed to accompany the city's summer nights with live music, good food, and a relaxed, convivial atmosphere.
The event features twelve dates spanning different genres and formats: tribute concerts to major Italian artists, jam sessions, singer-songwriter music, comedy nights, and popular festival events. The festival aims to attract a broad and diverse audience, from families to young people, to music enthusiasts who find a regular meeting point here every summer.
The program alternates tributes to beloved bands and artists with performances by local musicians, highlighting the Marche music scene alongside the great classics of popular music. There are also more spectacular events, such as festival nights and special occasions that draw large crowds to the gardens.
The beating heart of the event is Chalet lo sBARello, the historic venue in Jesi's Public Gardens managed by Matteo Montesi, the festival's creator and organizer. The review is a collaboration between the Chalet and the Municipality of Jesi and is part of the city's summer event calendar. Before each concert, you can enjoy an aperitif and an informal dinner in a setting designed for a relaxed evening with a sandwich, a drink, and live music.
What makes the Jesi Music Festival special is its setting: the Giardini Pubblici on Viale Cavallotti offer a green, shaded space just a stone's throw from the historic center of Jesi, one of the most important art cities in the Vallesina area and the Marche region. The free evenings, open to all, have become a highly anticipated event in city life, bringing together residents and visitors in a festive atmosphere that lasts until late at night.
The Jesi Music Festival 2026 takes place from June 6 to August 29 at the Giardini Pubblici (Public Gardens) on Viale Cavallotti, in Jesi, featuring twelve free-entry events. The review opens with a special event dedicated to the 40th anniversary of Kurnalcool and spans the summer, alternating tributes, jam sessions, singer-songwriter music, and popular entertainment.
The program includes tribute nights to major Italian music artists, jam sessions with guests, comedy, and popular festival events, culminating in a grand finale at the end of August. All evenings are free and accompanied by the aperitif and dining service from Chalet lo sBARello.
Among the most anticipated moments of 2026: the opening night dedicated to the 40th anniversary of Kurnalcool, the Rigo's Super Jam, and tributes to Italian music legends, from Max Pezzali to Vasco Rossi and Ultimo. The program also includes the Miss Italia Marche Regional Final and evenings of comedy and celebration.
