Three Saturdays of jazz, blues, and swing at the Sala Civica Radio
The Meda Jazz Review is the winter event that brings jazz to the heart of the Province of Monza and Brianza. The concerts are held at the Sala Civica Radio in Meda, which for three consecutive Saturdays transforms into the city's live music center. The event is promoted by the Municipality of Meda in collaboration with the Santa Cecilia Musical Corps.
The festival's program ranges across jazz, blues, and swing, with offerings that alternate between energetic rhythms and more refined atmospheres. The artistic direction is entrusted to guitarist Mauro Ciccarese, who each year curates a lineup capable of satisfying enthusiasts and introducing new audiences to this musical language.
The formula is now well-established: three concerts, always on Saturdays, starting at 9:15 PM. The lineup ranges from ensembles dedicated to contemporary jazz to big bands that close the festival with the genre's greatest classics. Admission is free, and entry is allowed until all available seats are filled.
With over twenty years of history, the Meda Jazz Review is one of Meda's longest-standing musical offerings. The connection with the Santa Cecilia Musical Corps, a historic local band, roots the event in local musical tradition, while Mauro Ciccarese's artistic direction ensures the quality and variety of the lineup.
The 2026 edition is the 22nd Meda Jazz Review, scheduled for three consecutive Saturdays in February at the Sala Civica Radio in Meda (MB), starting at 9:15 PM. The event, promoted by the Municipality of Meda with the Santa Cecilia Musical Corps, features jazz, blues, and swing under the artistic direction of Mauro Ciccarese.
