Edition 2025 — Ittica
Le Tappe di Ittica 2025
The 2025 edition of Ittica in Capo d'Orlando was primarily expressed through the second edition of the traveling format Le Tappe di Ittica, a widespread gastronomic review that, between March and May, enlivened the city's restaurants with weekly themed dinners dedicated to local catches and overlooked species. Seven venues were involved — La Perla, Il Circoletto, Uletta, Pepe Rosa, Cherì, Cento, and Anciova — for a journey that exceeded 500 total attendees.
The grand finale was held on Thursday, May 29, 2025, at Il Circoletto, featuring a collaborative dinner signed by local chefs (including Contiguglia, Crimi Stigliolo, Pintaudi, Barbuzza, Montesano, Lanza, and Ricciardi) and musical entertainment by the Banda Hasta La Vista. A menu of seven signature appetizers, collaborative first and second courses, and a final dessert celebrated Sicilian fish in its most creative forms, confirming Capo d'Orlando as a reference point for the enhancement of marine heritage in the Province of Messina.
