Edition 2025 — Italy Flavours Fair
Eleven days at Villa Torlonia
From September 18th to 28th, 2025, the park of Villa Torlonia in the municipality of Frascati hosted the 2025 edition of the Italy Flavours Fair. The tasting trail brought together over a hundred regional preparations — from South Tyrolean canederli to Umbrian truffle pasta, from Neapolitan street-style pizza to Sicilian cannoli — accompanied by wine bars featuring DOC and DOCG appellations, including Frascati.
The event was opened on September 18th by a meeting with Patrizio Roversi, dedicated to the relationship between tourism and gastronomy. Among the most popular events were the show cooking session by Giorgione on September 24th, which was sold out, and the Pizzaioli Palio on September 27th and 28th, which pitted pizza makers against each other with proposals inspired by their respective territories. The calendar included masterclasses on wines and oils, cooking shows on regional recipes, and educational workshops for children, mostly free or at a low cost.
