About Italian Fine Art

Italian Fine Art (IFA) is the antique and ancient art fair in Bergamo, a key event for collectors and enthusiasts. The 9th edition takes place at Fiera di Bergamo from January 16 to 25, 2026. For the first three days (January 16-18), IFA is joined by Bergamo Arte Fiera (BAF), dedicated to modern and contemporary art, and then continues exclusively until January 25. Antique furniture, paintings, sculptures, and porcelain tell the story of Italian art and culture. Since 1991, IFA has been a benchmark in the national antique scene.

Ancient Art at the Fair

Italian Fine Art (IFA) is the event that opens the art year in Bergamo every January, dedicated to antiques and ancient art. Hosted at Fiera di Bergamo and organized by Promoberg, the fair brings together leading galleries and antique dealers, offering collectors and enthusiasts a selection of high-quality pieces.

IFA and Bergamo Arte Fiera

The 2026 edition is divided into two phases. For the first three days, from January 16 to 18, IFA is joined by Bergamo Arte Fiera (BAF), dedicated to modern and contemporary art, covering 16,000 square meters across pavilions A and B, the foyers, and the central gallery. From January 19 to 25, IFA continues exclusively, offering antique enthusiasts a dedicated experience.

Six Centuries of Art

The fair features a selection ranging from antique furniture to paintings, sculptures, and porcelain, with important period pieces and rare items that tell the story of Italian art and culture. A journey through six centuries of creativity, where antiques increasingly dialogue with contemporary living tastes.

A Tradition Since 1991

With roots dating back to its first edition in 1991, IFA has become a benchmark in the Italian antique sector. The event confirms Bergamo's role, in the heart of Lombardy, as a crossroads for collecting and art, capable of attracting dealers and visitors from all over Italy.
