I Primi di Rolo

The 2025 edition of I Primi di Rolo was held from Friday, May 16 to Sunday, May 18 in the sports area of Via Pertini, in Rolo, Province of Reggio Emilia, promoted by the Roloinfesta Association with the Municipality of Rolo.

The menu featured ten first courses from the Reggiana tradition: green tortelli with butter and sage, pumpkin tortelli, stringy potato gnocchi, cappelletti in broth, cappelletti with ragù, maccheroni al pettine with ragù, risotto alla rolese, bigoli with sardines, gramigna with sausage, and passatelli in broth. The price was fixed at 22 euros for the all-you-can-eat formula, with free admission for children up to 10 years old.

On all three evenings, in addition to dinner, there were free concerts and various entertainment events. As is tradition, the proceeds from the festival were used to fund the numerous activities that Roloinfesta carries out throughout the year in the Rolo area.

Three evenings with the opening of food stands and service of the ten traditional Reggiana first courses in an all-you-can-eat formula, followed each evening by free concerts and various entertainment in the Via Pertini festival area.
