I Colori del Gusto

The second edition of I Colori del Gusto brought Piazza Duomo in Acireale to life from October 23 to 26, 2025, confirming its status as a stage for Sicilian food and wine excellence.

The program alternated cooking shows by Michelin Guide and Gambero Rosso chefs and renowned pizza masters—including Giuseppe Geraci, Seby Sorbello, Salvo Sardo, Hermes Picone, and Fabio Ferrara—with masterclasses on wine and oil curated by AIS Catania and cheese tastings by ONAF. The event also featured tasting stalls showcasing local products, exhibition stands from regional companies, and evening concerts. A portion of the proceeds was donated to support a local charity.

2025 Edition Format (October 23–26)

• Cooking shows with Michelin Guide and Gambero Rosso chefs and pizza masters: featuring Giuseppe Geraci, Seby Sorbello, Salvo Sardo, Hermes Picone, Fabio Ferrara, Pietro La Torre, Vincenzo La Porta, Luca Minutoli, and Simone Contarino.
• Masterclasses on wine and oil curated by AIS Catania and cheese tastings by ONAF, featuring pairings of local dairy and Sicilian wines.
• Tasting stalls and exhibition stands showcasing Sicilian gastronomic and viticultural excellence.
• Evening concerts in Piazza Duomo.
