Edition 2025 — Harvest Festival
The 17th edition of the Harvest Festival was held on June 13, 2025, in the fields of Molino De Vita, along the S.P. 11 in Casalvecchio di Puglia (FG). The day, conceived by Nicola De Vita, focused on Italian wheat as a core identity and the traceability of the grain supply chain of the Monti Dauni. The program combined Michele Fini's photography of the fields, a walk through the wheat, a threshing demonstration with a 1930s harvester, and the Wheat Table with dishes by chef Nicola Consiglio, accompanied by the music of the local Arbëreshë folk group. Guests included the Vice President of the Puglia Region, Raffaele Piemontese, along with representatives from CREA Foggia and pasta makers from Gragnano, who testified to the bond between De Vita semolina and Gragnano PGI pasta.
