Edition 2025 — GUSTOFOOD

The third edition of GUSTOFOOD was held on April 7 and 8, 2025, at the Eurofood FS headquarters in Soleto (Lecce), from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. With over fifty exhibiting companies and four professional masterclasses, the edition focused on innovation and cost management as keys to competitiveness for the Salento catering industry.

The third edition of GUSTOFOOD, hosted at the Eurofood FS headquarters in Soleto in the province of Lecce, brought together over fifty exhibiting companies, including local, national, and international entities, invited to present the season's new product launches.

The guiding theme of 2025 was innovation as a response to rising management costs, from raw materials to personnel, with an approach oriented toward concrete and immediately applicable solutions for venues. The program included four masterclasses dedicated to professional cooking, mixology, and gelato making, as well as opportunities for discussion on development strategies for the Ho.Re.Ca. sector.

The event, promoted by Eurofood FS Srlu with the patronage of Confindustria Lecce and the collaboration of the Associazione Kalò FAI, confirmed its focus on youth training and its bond with local hospitality schools.
