The Alpini Festival in Franciacorta
The Alpine Festival is one of the most cherished spring events in Gussago, a town in Franciacorta in the province of Brescia. Organized by the Gussago Alpini Group with municipal patronage, it takes place at the C. Corcione Sports Center, in the hamlet of Casaglio, and spans two weekends, with the food stand open every evening.
Music for All Tastes
The music program is one of the festival's strong points: rock evenings, tributes to great Italian music artists like Nomadi, liscio (ballroom) and accordion orchestras, and DJ sets. A lineup ranging from traditional dance music to rock, capable of satisfying all generations and filling the festival tent every night.
Spit-Roast and Solidarity
The spiedo bresciano, the star dish of the local cuisine, is a must, featured in the final Sunday lunch (also available for takeaway upon reservation). Alongside taste and music, the Alpine Festival has a charitable soul: one evening is dedicated to supporting local schools and welfare organizations, in the spirit of service that has always characterized the Alpini. A festival that tells the story of Gussago's identity and the deep bond between the community and its 'black hats' (Alpini).

The 2026 edition of the Gussago Alpine Festival is spread over two weekends, from May 15 to 17 and May 21 to 24, at the C. Corcione Sports Center in Casaglio. Food stand open every evening, a rich musical program, and the unmissable Brescian spit-roast at the closing lunch. One evening is dedicated to supporting local schools and welfare organizations.

- Sunday, May 17 — Kitchen opens at noon; dance music with Silvana
Second Weekend
- Thursday, May 21 — Solidarity evening for local schools and welfare organizations, with DJ Mario
- Friday, May 22 — Ornella Nicolini Orchestra
- Saturday, May 23 — Fisaorchestra I Conquistador
- Sunday, May 24 — Spit-roast lunch from 12:30 PM (takeaway by reservation by May 21); closing with Paolo and Arianna
