Graffignanese Pizza Festival

Third edition, August 9-10, 2025

In 2025, the Graffignanese Pizza Festival reached its third edition, confirming the date of the second weekend of August: Saturday, August 9 and Sunday, August 10, in Piazza Marconi in Graffignano, in the province of Viterbo.

The absolute star was the Graffignanese pizza, a century-old baked product: thick and generous base, fresh tomatoes, garlic, and wild mint gathered in the countryside around the village, with the more recent addition of pecorino. The festival was once again managed by the Panificio Fratelli Oddo — Placido, Andrea, Enrica, and Benedetta with their mother Isolina — with the declared goal of making a preparation that risked remaining confined to family kitchens known outside the village.

The edition was followed by the local Tuscia press and attracted both residents and visitors passing through the Viterbo province to the square, on an August evening with outdoor tables and service after sunset.
