Every late summer, the Old Village of Grottammare, the picturesque medieval village perched above the Riviera delle Palme, in the province of Ascoli Piceno (Marche), transforms into a large open-air restaurant. Golosevie - Delizie in cammino (Delights on the move) is an itinerant dinner that invites you to wander through the alleys, stairways, and small squares of the historic center, following an itinerary of taste, wine, and views of the Adriatic Sea.
Nine stops, nine dishes, nine wines
The formula is simple and fascinating: nine stops spread across the most evocative locations and spots in the village, each with a different dish accompanied by a glass of wine, a liqueur, or coffee. It's not just a tasting, but a true multi-course dinner to be enjoyed while walking from one alley to another. Participants can choose between two routes: the traditional one, dedicated to the flavors of Marche cuisine, and the vegetarian one, designed for those who prefer meat-free or fish-free options. The choice can be made at each stop, allowing you to build your own tailor-made menu.
A village to discover on foot
The charm of Golosevie lies entirely in its setting. The Old Village is one of the most beautiful villages on the Marche coast, with its stone houses, walls, the Teatro dell'Arancio (Orange Theater), and belvedere points overlooking the Adriatic. Walking through the alleys as evening falls, stopping at each stage, allows you to experience the historic center of Grottammare in a slow, convivial way, far from the chaos of the seafront. The event is promoted by the Consorzio Vecchio Incasato Grottammare (Old Village Consortium of Grottammare), with the patronage of the City of Grottammare, and involves restaurateurs, merchants, and local businesses. As part of the municipality's rich summer program, Golosevie has become an eagerly awaited end-of-season event, attracting residents and tourists on the last Sundays of summer. For visitors, it's also the perfect opportunity to discover typical Marche products and the historic village in a single evening.

Golosevie 2026 in Grottammare
The 2026 edition of Golosevie is confirmed within the summer program of the Municipality of Grottammare, which extends from June to September 20, 2026. The itinerant dinner in the Old Village is scheduled for September, organized as usual over three Sunday evenings.
The details of the dates and the menu for the nine stops have not yet been published at the time of writing. Based on previous editions, the route takes place starting in the evening, with the possibility to choose between traditional and vegetarian options along all nine stops of the village. The complete program will be communicated by the Consorzio Vecchio Incasato Grottammare and the Municipality in the weeks leading up to the event.

How to get there
Grottammare is located along the Adriatic coast of the Marche region, in the province of Ascoli Piceno. By train: Grottammare station on the Bologna-Bari/Lecce Adriatic line, a few minutes from the center. By car: A14 motorway, Grottammare exit. The Old Village can be reached on foot by walking up from the center or the seafront.
Tickets
A single ticket of approximately 35 euros (based on the previous edition), valid for both the traditional and vegetarian routes, includes the nine dishes with their respective pairings. Purchase can be made at participating establishments in the village (such as Osteria dell'Arancio in Piazza Peretti and La Cantina di Sant'Agostino) or at the entrance to the route in Via Palmaroli during the event.
