The Gnocco Festival is one of the most beloved gastronomic festivals in Teolo, a town in the Euganean Hills in the province of Padua. For several Sundays in April, the central Piazza Perlasca, in the main town, hosts the covered gastronomic stand of the Comitato Popolare Feste a Teolo, with the patronage of the Municipality.
Gnocchi is the king of the festival
The undisputed protagonist is the handmade gnocco, offered in its most classic variations: ragù, tomato sauce, butter and sage. The menu is completed with chicken, pancetta, polenta, good wine, grilled sausages, and the typical dessert schisotto. The stand is open for lunch (11:30 AM-3:30 PM) and dinner (5:30 PM-8:30 PM), while stocks last.
Festival and Euganean walks
The Gnocco Festival is also an opportunity to discover the territory: on some Sundays, a hiking excursion departs from Piazza Perlasca, organized by the Cammini Euganei, combining the pleasure of food with the joy of walking along the trails of the Hills. An event that has marked the spring of Teolo for decades.

The 49th edition of the Gnocco Festival in Teolo is scheduled for April 12, 19, and 25, 2026, in Piazza Perlasca, in the main town. The covered gastronomic stand is open from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM and from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, while stocks last. The star is the handmade gnocco (ragù, tomato sauce, butter and sage), with chicken, pancetta, polenta, schisotto, and grilled sausages. Organized by the Comitato Popolare Feste a Teolo with the patronage of the Municipality.
