Gnocchitti Festival 2025 — 34th edition

The 34th edition of the Gnocchitti Festival was held on August 14, 2025, in Piazza della Torre, in the village of Rosciolo dei Marsi (Municipality of Magliano de' Marsi, AQ). It was the first edition after the awarding, in March 2025, of the prestigious "Quality Festival" recognition by the UNPLI, celebrated with a ceremony in Rome and the presentation of the plaque at Montecitorio.

Alongside the traditional gnocchitti, handmade by the village women with over twelve hundred eggs, the 2025 edition offered a reinterpretation with Rosciolo saffron and wild boar ragù scented with mountain herbs, created by chef Luca Dessi of Locanda dell'Arco. The evening was enlivened by food stalls set up in the ancient cellars, musical entertainment, and ancient crafts, with a free shuttle service available to visitors.
