Gnocchi Festival

The 2025 edition of the Gnocchi Festival renewed the summer appointment that has for years attracted food lovers from all over Piedmont to Borgoratto Alessandrino, in the province of Alessandria. In Piazza Roma, the heart of the town, the Pro Loco stands offered gnocchi strictly prepared by hand in classic varieties — pesto, sausage and mushroom, truffle, Castelmagno — and in spinach and beetroot specialties, along with main courses, traditional desserts, and local wines.

As per tradition, table service began in the evening and was followed by live musical entertainment, with free concerts and DJ sets that enlivened the square until late in an authentic village festival atmosphere.
