The 2025 edition during Ferragosto

In 2025, the Gnocchi co' i Ferro Festival chose the peak dates of the summer: from Thursday, August 14 to Sunday, August 17, with evening opening of the stalls from 8:00 PM until midnight. The third edition of the event, organized by the Pro Loco of Soriano nel Cimino, brought to the table gnocchi kneaded with flour, water, and salt and shaped with the traditional knitting needle, offered with meat sauce, truffle, mushrooms, and in a vegetarian version.

The scheduling during Ferragosto allowed the festival to reach the many visitors present in the Viterbo Tuscia region in the height of summer, confirming the village festival formula: genuine cuisine, popular prices, and the convivial atmosphere of tables in the square at the foot of Castello Orsini.
