Giochi in Grotta is the event that, for several editions, has transformed the Old Hamlet of Grottammare (Province of Ascoli Piceno, Marche) into a true open-air playroom. For two summer evenings, the alleys, squares, and viewpoints of the charming medieval village are filled with game tables, dice, cards, and storytellers, offering participants and curious visitors an extraordinary experience.

The initiative is organized by the association APS Spazio Ludico in collaboration with the Municipality of Grottammare, and is now a highly anticipated event for enthusiasts and families. The charm of the historic center, with its staircases, towers, and sea views, creates the ideal setting to immerse yourself in fantastic worlds and adventures of all kinds.

Role-Playing and Board Games for All Ages

The heart of Giochi in Grotta are the role-playing games: from classics like Dungeons & Dragons to more recent and original titles, each station offers a different setting. In past editions, tables have ranged from fantasy to horror, from post-apocalyptic to investigative themes, spread across the most characteristic locations of the village.

Alongside role-playing games, there is a rich area dedicated to board games, where you can try modern and fun titles accompanied by the association's animators. The event is designed for all ages: there are sessions suitable for children and beginners, as well as more complex tables for experienced players.
