The Gerusco Street Food Festival is the event that opens the warm season in Robecco sul Naviglio, a town in the province of Milan on the Naviglio Grande. Heir to the historic Festa del Gerusco, now reimagined with a street food focus, it attracts thousands of people each year to the evocative Parco di Borgo Archinto during the May Day bridge. It has become a hub for spring nightlife in the East Ticino, offering good food, music, and socialising.
Food Trucks from Around the World
The star of the show is international street food: a selection of food trucks offers specialities from various world cuisines, from local street recipes to exotic flavours. The bar service is managed directly by the Associazione Gerusco, which oversees the entire organisation of this free-entry event.
Music, DJ Sets, and Concerts
The soundtrack is one of the strong points. The programme alternates between live concerts, performances by emerging local bands, and DJ sets with well-known guests, including DJs from the Radio Deejay scene like DJ Aladyn. The park transforms into a large open-air dance floor, with evenings dedicated to 1960s Italian beat music and dance music until late at night.
Markets, Workshops, and Families
Alongside food and music, the festival features artisan markets and creative workshops in collaboration with the Associazione Gallina Blu, designed for families, children, and creativity enthusiasts. Gerusco is thus a celebration for everyone, bringing together different generations in one of the most beautiful locations near Magenta, a stone's throw from the Naviglio Grande and the Ticino Park.

The 2026 edition of the Gerusco Street Food Festival enlivens the Parco di Borgo Archinto in Robecco sul Naviglio from Thursday, April 30 to Saturday, May 2. Eight international food trucks offer street food from around the world, while the music programme alternates between live concerts, performances by emerging local bands, and DJ sets with guests from the Radio Deejay scene. The event, with free admission, is organized by the Associazione Gerusco and complements the food, wine, and music aspects with markets and artisan workshops curated by Associazione Gallina Blu, designed for families and children.
Programme Gerusco Street Food Festival 2026
Programme for the 2026 edition at Parco di Borgo Archinto:
- Thursday, April 30 (6:00 PM – 12:00 AM) — Festival opening with a concert by Lime Mentali.
- Friday, May 1 (10:00 AM – 12:00 AM) — Day coinciding with the historic Fiera di San Majolo; DJ sets with Vincenzo Di Marzio, DJ Silviovi, and DJ Aladyn (Radio Deejay), with the park transformed into an open-air dance floor.
- Saturday, May 2 — Afternoon (4:00 PM – 7:00 PM) with performances by emerging local bands; during the day (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM) markets and artisan workshops with Associazione Gallina Blu; grand evening finale (10:00 PM) with I Nuovi Eroi and 1960s Italian beat music.
Throughout the event: 8 international food trucks and bar service by Associazione Gerusco.
