Gavilonga - Food and Wine Walk

The 2025 edition of Gavilonga confirmed the success of the food and wine walk through the hills of Gavi, in the province of Alessandria. As per tradition, walkers set off in staggered groups throughout the morning to traverse the paths among the Gavi DOCG vineyards.

Along the route, local wineries welcomed participants with tastings of Cortese white wine and local gastronomic specialties. The day concluded, as is customary, with the final ravioli feast, dedicated to the famous Gavi raviolo, in the convivial atmosphere that is the hallmark of the event curated by the Ordine Obertengo dei Cavalieri del Raviolo e del Gavi.
