Edition 2025 — Gavi under the Stars
The 2025 edition of Gavi under the Stars was held on Saturday, June 28, in the historic center of Gavi (AL), marking the opening of the Di Gavi in Gavi festival, scheduled from June 28 to July 27, 2025.
The evening transformed the village into a gourmet trail animated by stalls and street food curated by local restaurateurs, along with booths dedicated to artisanal specialties. Among the gastronomic offerings of the Terre del Gavi, highlights included De.Co. ravioli (in the "a culo nudo" and wine-infused versions), Gavi risotto, traditional head cheese, and historic sweets such as canestrelli, amaretti, and moretti, all to be enjoyed with a glass of Gavi Docg.
The event was part of the festival designed to celebrate the great Piedmontese white wine among the local hills, with the participation of the community and local producers.
