Edition 2025 — Gareggiare dei Convivi

The 2025 edition of the Gareggiare dei Convivi had veal as its theme, with the title "On Veal and its Parts and How to Cook It Well." The Rioni of the Quintana of Foligno competed in reconstructing sumptuous Baroque banquets, judged on dishes, setting, performances, and wine pairings. The Cassero Rione triumphed.

The 2025 edition of the Gareggiare dei Convivi had veal as its theme, with the title "On Veal and its Parts and How to Cook It Well." The Rioni of the Quintana of Foligno competed in reconstructing sumptuous Baroque banquets of the 17th century.

The Cassero Rione won, with a total score of 44.45: 19.85 for the competition dishes (historical accuracy, ingredients, presentation, and preparation), 19.60 for the overall historical aspect (setting and performances), and 5 for the wine pairing with the dish. A performance that confirmed the quality and care of the Foligno Rioni in re-enacting Baroque convivial culture.
