At the Fairgrounds in Montano Lucino, a municipality just west of Como, in the Province of Como, the Fish Festival is an anticipated event at the start of summer. An Almost Thirty-Year Tradition

Now in its twenty-eighth edition and beyond, the Fish Festival is one of the most established events in Montano Lucino's calendar. The cuisine features the great classics of seafood gastronomy — mixed fried dishes, fish platters — prepared by the volunteers of the Folk Group, guardians of the town's convivial tradition.

Music and Ballroom Dancing

The festival is not just about food: the evenings are enlivened by live music and traditional ballroom dancing, which from 9 PM onwards transforms the Fairgrounds into an open-air dance floor. It is the most popular and festive soul of the event, capable of attracting enthusiasts of all ages.
