Three days of music, markets, and tradition in the historic center of Fiorenzuola d'Arda
The Fiorenzuola Spring Festival is one of the most cherished events in Fiorenzuola d'Arda, a town in the Val d'Arda in the province of Piacenza, along the historic Via Emilia. Organized by the Pro Loco of Fiorenzuola d'Arda in collaboration with the Municipality, it has been attracting residents and visitors to the heart of the city for over forty years for a weekend entirely dedicated to tradition, fun, and good food.
For three days, the historic center transforms into a large space for widespread celebration. The focal point is Piazza Molinari, which hosts concerts and live shows every evening, but the animation extends to Corso Garibaldi, Largo Gabrielli, Piazza Cavour, Piazza San Francesco, and other streets in the center. Sunday is the busiest day, with the traditional children's market, the exhibition of vintage cars and trucks, falconry demonstrations, the creative artists' market, painting exhibitions, and many fun activities designed for families.
More than a single event, the Spring Festival is a collective ritual involving associations, music schools, traders, and Pro Loco volunteers. It is an opportunity to rediscover the squares and alleys of Fiorenzuola d'Arda, taste the typical cuisine of Emilia-Romagna, and experience the authentic atmosphere of a village festival that endures over time. Admission to the events is free.
The 46th edition of the Fiorenzuola Spring Festival enlivened the historic center from May 22nd to 24th, 2026, with a rich program of shows, music, exhibitions, and markets for adults and children. Food stalls were open every evening from 7:00 PM and, on Sundays, also for lunch.
