The Fiera di Piazza Spagna is rooted in a 19th-century fair tradition and represents the quintessential summer event of Casalmaggiore, a city in the Province of Cremona on the Po River, bordering Emilia. The closing of the Fiera di Piazza Spagna coincides with the opening of the Casalmaggiore International Festival, a prestigious chamber music event that brings musicians from around the world to the city. A festival made by the Pro Loco

Behind the organization is the work of the Pro Loco of Casalmaggiore, with the support of the municipal administration. It is thanks to the volunteers that, year after year, the fair continues to renew itself while keeping alive a tradition deeply rooted in the city's identity.
