Fichi di Puglia – White Party Under the Stars

The first edition of Fichi di Puglia – White Party Under the Stars was held on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in Piazza Giovanni XXIII in Manfredonia, closing the program of the Manfredonia Jazz Festival. Born from the initiative of local businesses in the historic center — Bottega Signorini, Calice Rosa, Il Duomo Spizzicherie, and Moody al Campanile — in collaboration with the Pro Loco of Manfredonia, the evening featured an eight-stop gastronomic tour.

Specialties served included: nodini cheese with taralli, acquasale on focaccia, homemade bombette, orecchiette with Mediterranean pesto, and artisanal desserts, accompanied by two glasses of local wine. The 25-euro ticket included a personalized wine glass. Event sponsors were Caseificio Prencipe and Dolciaria Monti. The white dress code, chosen as a symbol of light and community, filled the square with the public, while the final concert by Beat Ska, a local band, brought the evening to a musical close.
