Festival of the Caplaz of Coronella

The 2025 edition, the 38th, confirmed the Festival of the Caplaz as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events in the Ferrara region. At the PalaCaplaz stand, managed by the Polisportiva Coronella, the IGP pumpkin cappellacci were the stars in the famous tris di caplaz (with ragù, butter and sage, with guanciale and onion) and in special proposals like the Duchess and Lucrezia Borgia. The menu ranged from tagliatelle with ragù to stewed rabbit with polenta, from mixed grill to sausage with mashed potatoes, to traditional desserts. The evenings were enlivened by music and shows, with live bands, performances like the Mucca Dance, and karaoke nights, in an atmosphere of authentic village celebration with free admission.
