The Festival of Strozzapreti alla Norcina is one of the most cherished gastronomic festivals in this corner of the Sibillini Mountains, drawing residents, holidaymakers, and curious visitors every summer in search of authentic flavors of the Marche tradition.
Strozzapreti, the stars of the table
The signature dish of the event is strozzapreti, a simple pasta rolled and shaped by hand according to ancient peasant tradition.
