Edition 2025 — Festival of Salama da Tai

In 2025, the Festival of Salama da Tai was held in Guarda Ferrarese (Riva del Po) from May 30 to June 15, spread over three weekends. That year too, the food stand of the Nuova Associazione di Guarda offered traditional Ferrarese cuisine every evening, with salama da tai and salamina da sugo as signature dishes.

The 2025 edition confirmed the festival's success, drawing thousands of visitors to the hamlet of Guarda Ferrarese, in the Municipality of Riva del Po (province of Ferrara, Emilia-Romagna). The menu featured the great classics of Ferrarese peasant cuisine: salama da tai, salamina da sugo, handmade pasta dishes, and grilled meats. The evenings were enlivened by the piano bar, while the Terre del Mulino del Po exhibition accompanied the festival period with a journey through the ancient crafts and rural culture of the lower Ferrarese region.
