Festival of Polenta, Bisò and Sabadò

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Polenta, Bisò and Sabadò took place in Solarolo (RA) from Friday, January 17 to Sunday, January 19, 2025, organized by the Pro Loco of Solarolo with the support of the local community.

On Friday the 17th, the evening opening of the gastronomic stands in Piazza Garibaldi was accompanied by music from Elisa and Nicoletta at the piano bar. On Saturday the 18th, in the afternoon, a conference dedicated to the challenges of agriculture was held, followed in the evening by a concert and karaoke with Samuele. Sunday the 19th, the final day, featured the distribution of sabadoni and Bisò, the agricultural machinery exhibition, the second-hand market, and the drawing of the merchants' tombola, with Renato Ricci's piano bar. In the heated stands, polenta was served grilled with pancetta and sausage, with ragù, 'concia', and with cheeses, along with cappelletti, passatelli, and the sweet sabadoni.
