Festival of Pizzoccheri and Gnocco Fritto

The 2025 edition of the Festival of Pizzoccheri and Gnocco Fritto in Caglio was held at the end of July, organized by Pro Caglio. The festival celebrated pizzoccheri prepared according to the original Valtellinese recipe — with buckwheat, potatoes, savoy cabbage, and cheese — alongside gnocco fritto, other Lombard specialties, and homemade desserts, accompanied by local wines. The program featured food stalls in the arena, live music, craft and local product markets, entertainment for children, and a charity raffle. An evening of great participation, with Caglio's arena packed with gourmets, confirming the success of one of the most beloved summer festivals in the Larian Triangle.
