Music, cultural journalism, and new talents in Ferrara
The Festival of Events is a multidisciplinary review that takes place in Ferrara, in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, organized into several events distributed throughout the year. Promoted and organized by Nove Eventi S.r.l. in collaboration with AGIMP and with the support of the Municipality of Ferrara and the Fondazione Teatro Comunale, the festival is dedicated to music, cultural journalism, audiovisual, and performing arts, with a particular focus on the training and promotion of young talents.
The 2026 edition opens on April 18 at the Ridotto of the Teatro Comunale in Ferrara, with a day that combines a training session for journalists on the theme of information in the age of artificial intelligence, the awarding of the Premio Corona d'Oro and the Film Videoclip Award, and casting sessions for young contestants. Among the announced guests is journalist and music critic Gino Castaldo. Official selections continue from June 18 to 21 at the Sala Estense, with the semifinals, while the national grand finale is scheduled for September 5 in Piazza Municipale.
More than a single event, the Festival of Events is a platform that supports emerging artists and communication professionals, offering the public in Ferrara concerts, awards ceremonies, and free-entry meetings. Its national and international dimension makes it a benchmark event for those who follow new Italian music and the debate on cultural journalism.
