Edition 2025 — Festival of Cured Meats
The 2025 festival was held on Monday, April 21, Easter Monday, in the heart of the medieval village of Brisighella, in Piazza Marconi under the Via degli Asini. The market of typical products and crafts opened at 9:00 AM and remained active throughout the day, while the food stand offered its specialties starting from 11:00 AM.
Characteristic moments of the edition included live demonstrations of traditional cured meat processing, by expert butchers, at 11:30 AM and 3:30 PM. There was also music, entertainment, and the usual panoramic train through the village and hills. The protagonists were Mora Romagnola cured meats, aged cheeses, and marzolino truffle.
