Festival Bianco

The Festival Bianco 2025 was held on Sunday, October 12 in Calvene, celebrating the territory, its authentic flavours, and the rural culture of the Vicenza Pedemontana. In the "Palestra del gusto", tasting workshops led by ONAF speakers from the Vicenza delegation took place, with a program that compared cheeses and beers from the Pedemontana, cheeses and wines from the region, and the mountain cheesemaking tradition. The day also featured moments dedicated to butter and ice cream, with the participation of ice cream makers from Zoldo.

• 4:00 PM — "Ice cream 2.0: sweet or savoury?", tasting with Zoldo ice cream makers
• 5:00 PM — "Formaggio nel pignato: the sustainable tradition of the Vicenza mountains"

Along the streets of the town centre, stalls of local producers with cheeses and dairy products from the region.
