The Festa Patronale di San Cassiano is the event that closes summer in Macherio, a municipality in the Brianza region, province of Monza and Brianza. Dedicated to the town's patron saint, the festival takes place on the last weekend of August and spans five days packed with events, blending religious devotion with popular celebration.
