The patron saint of Branzi

Saint Bartholomew the Apostle is the patron saint of Branzi, a municipality in the Alta Val Brembana in the province of Bergamo. The patronal festival, which falls on August 24th, is the most anticipated event in the village's calendar: a recurrence that unites the religious and community dimensions, with celebrations in church and festivities in the square.
