The Tredicina of Preparation
The festival is preceded by the tredicina, the thirteen days of spiritual preparation that mark the approach to the saint's solemnity. On June 13th, the day begins with a solemn mass, continues with the procession of the statue of Sant'Antonio through the streets of the historic center, and concludes with musical performances and civil celebrations.
