Edition 2025 — Festa della Toma

The 2025 edition of the Festa della Toma di Gressoney took place on December 6 and 7 at Obre Platz in Gressoney-Saint-Jean: tastings of the Valle del Lys cheese, meetings with producers, tree lighting, show cooking by chef Danilo Salerno, and a Christmas market with stalls from local producers.

The 2025 edition of the Festa della Toma di Gressoney was held on December 6 and 7 at Obre Platz in Gressoney-Saint-Jean, during the Immaculate Conception weekend.

On Saturday, from 4:00 PM, meetings with producers shared the authenticity and production of the cheese; at 5:00 PM, the Christmas tree was lit in the square. The programme included tastings of Toma di Gressoney in collaboration with the Pro Loco, paid show cooking by chef Danilo Salerno with dishes made from toma and local products, and the Christmas market with stalls from local producers.
