The Festa della Musica is the event that, during the summer solstice days, transforms Italian cities into widespread stages. In Abbiategrasso, in the Metropolitan City of Milan, the event brings free concerts to the historic center and the most evocative spaces of the city, from the Visconti Castle to the squares, involving local musicians and bands.

A national and free celebration

The event is part of the national circuit coordinated by AIPFM (Italian Association for the Promotion of Festa della Musica), heir to the French Fête de la Musique: everywhere, on the same day, music becomes the protagonist in a free and open format. Abbiategrasso officially participates, including the Festa della Musica in its summer program 'Restate in città' (Stay in town).
