The historic festival of Rivoltella
From August 7 to 10, 2026, the Festa del Lago e dell'Ospite returns to Rivoltella, a hamlet of Desenzano del Garda in the province of Brescia, for its 57th edition. It is one of the longest-running and most beloved events of the Garda summer, capable of attracting residents, holidaymakers, and tourists to the picturesque port of Rivoltella every year.
Four evenings of taste
The heart of the festival is its gastronomy: every evening, starting from 7:00 PM, the stands offer local cuisine and wines. Risottos, traditional first courses, and lake specialties are paired with local labels, in a convivial atmosphere that is the hallmark of the event.
Music, entertainment, and sport
The four evenings offer entertainment for all tastes and ages: musical performances, entertainment with the Los Caballeros sambadrome, and festive moments until late at night. There are also sports events, with a beach volleyball tournament on Saturday, August 9, and foosball (pincanello) on Sunday, August 10.
A tradition of volunteering
The Festa del Lago e dell'Ospite is organized by the volunteer group Cuori Ben Nati, with the patronage of the Municipality of Desenzano del Garda. Admission is free and open to all: an opportunity to experience the authentic atmosphere of a lakeside hamlet in the heart of summer, amidst tradition, flavors, and fun.

The Festa del Lago e dell'Ospite 2026, in its 57th edition, enlivens the port of Rivoltella from August 7 to 10. Every evening from 7:00 PM, the stands offer local cuisine and wines, while the program alternates music, entertainment with the Los Caballeros sambadrome, and festive moments. On the sports front, Saturday, August 9, features the beach volleyball tournament, and Sunday, August 10, the foosball (pincanello) tournament. The event, organized by the volunteers of Cuori Ben Nati with the patronage of the Municipality of Desenzano del Garda, has free admission.
