Edition 2025 — Gnochi con la Fioreta
The 2025 edition of the Festa dei Gnochi con la Fioreta confirmed Recoaro Terme's tradition, with the event unfolding over two weekends in August. The food pavilion, set up in the historic center in collaboration with the Malgari dei Ronchi, offered dumplings seasoned with 'fioreta', the liquid ricotta from alpine pastures that symbolizes the cuisine of the Little Dolomites.
The program intertwined morning guided excursions, markets, 'fioreta' preparation demonstrations, the election of Miss Fioretta, and musical evenings with DJ sets and live music, attracting numerous visitors to the Vicenza spa town as every year.
