Calvignano's Summer
The Festa d'Estate (Summer Festival) is the event that enlivens Calvignano, a small municipality in the province of Pavia nestled in the first hills of the Oltrepò Pavese, a land of great wines and vineyard landscapes. For three evenings, the town's central square transforms into the heart of the celebration, with music, good food, and plenty of conviviality.
Music and Flavours
Each evening's programme alternates between live concerts and DJ sets with a gastronomic offering of barbecues, sandwiches, local cured meats, and cheeses, accompanied by beer and wines from Oltrepò. A cocktail bar completes the offering with evening promotions, in a relaxed and festive atmosphere among the hills.
Three Themed Evenings
- Opening Evening — live music and DJ set to inaugurate the festival;
- Beer Fest — the evening dedicated to beer, with live rock music;
- Risotto in the Square — a traditional dish served directly in the square, with a closing concert and DJ set.
A Community Festival
Organised by the association I Caldrén Calvignano with the support of the Municipality, the Festa d'Estate is a genuine village event, with free admission, that showcases local products and the community spirit of the Oltrepò Pavese.

The 2026 edition of the Festa d'Estate takes place from June 25th to 27th in the central square of Calvignano. Thursday 25th: opening evening with live music by Du Spaglì 'n Trio and DJ set; Friday 26th: Beer Fest with rock music by Dirty Dolls, beer, and DJ set; Saturday 27th: Risotto in the Square with the Granadilla Band and closing DJ set. On the menu: barbecues, sandwiches, local cured meats and cheeses, beer, and wines from Oltrepò, with a cocktail bar open every evening. Organised by the association I Caldrén Calvignano with the support of the Municipality.
