Edition 2025 — Fermento in Val Tidone

In 2025, Fermento in Val Tidone once again animated Borgonovo Val Tidone with a day dedicated to the food and wine traditions of Val Tidone. Featuring a market of local producers, tastings, wines from the Colli Piacentini, and offerings from regional chefs, the event reaffirmed its role as a showcase of Piacenza's taste and culture, as part of the Borgonovo Città della Gastronomia project.

The 2025 edition of Fermento in Val Tidone brought the great festival of taste back to Borgonovo Val Tidone, in the province of Piacenza, promoted as part of the Borgonovo Città della Gastronomia (Borgonovo City of Gastronomy) project for CheftoChef Emilia-Romagna. The town center transformed into a journey of flavors with a market of local producers, tastings of typical products, and wines from the Colli Piacentini.

The day intertwined author cuisine, local culture, and conviviality, with the participation of chefs and food artisans from Val Tidone. An event that consolidated the bond between the community and local gastronomic excellences, anticipating the 2026 edition.
