Edition 2025 — Evoluzione Naturale

The 6th edition of Evoluzione Naturale took place on January 26 and 27, 2025, at the Antico Convento dei Cappuccini in Grottaglie, preceded on Saturday, January 25, by the Fuori Salone in local venues. The protagonists were around sixty artisan wine producers from eight European countries, featuring tasting tables, workshops, and tastings dedicated to wine as a universal language, bridging tradition and the future.

The sixth edition of Evoluzione Naturale confirmed Grottaglie as a landmark for natural wine in Southern Italy. Around sixty winemakers from eight European countries—Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Slovenia, Austria, and others—animated the tasting tables at the Antico Convento dei Cappuccini.

The program opened on Saturday, January 25, with the Fuori Salone in Grottaglie's venues. Sunday, January 26 featured workshops from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM and tastings from 11:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Monday, January 27, tastings ran from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM. The edition intertwined artisan wine, ceramics, and respect for the land, portraying wine as a narrative and a philosophy of life.
