Edition 2025 — Evo-Wine Day
2025 Edition: Monferrato oil in Olivola
On December 7, 2025, Olivola, Piedmont's first "City of Oil," hosted the second edition of Evo-Wine Day, coordinated with the twentieth "Evo&More" Oil Day in Moncalvo on December 8.
The program included two masterclasses featuring six extra virgin olive oils and six wines: the first at 11:15 AM at the Ristorante La Magione, led by Paolo Massobrio with contributions from university professors Vincenzo Gerbi and Vladimiro Cardenia; the second at 3:00 PM in the Salone San Pietro with olive oil sommeliers Anita Aquilino Casamento and Luigi Ronchetti. Participation in each masterclass cost 30 euros. The day was rounded out by a market of oils, wines, and artisanal products, visits with tastings at the Cantina Bricco dei Guazzi (5 euros), and a workshop on stone carving.
