With the arrival of warmer weather, the Aosta Valley celebrates its flagship cattle breed with a calendar of livestock shows across the region. In Brusson (Province of Aosta), the show organized by the AREV (Association Régionale Éleveurs Valdôtains) for the Unité des Communes valdôtaines Evançon takes place.

The absolute star is the Aosta Valley breed, perfectly adapted to high-altitude pastures and the heart of the alpine agricultural economy.
