Edition 2025 — Entorn Vich

In 2025, Entorn Vich returned with two travelling evenings in the centre of Vigo di Fassa, on Monday 7 July and Thursday 7 August, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The village streets transformed into a gourmet trail featuring alpine cheeses, carne salada, canederli, polenta, and traditional desserts, with live music, folk dancing, and ancient crafts celebrating the Ladin tradition of the Val di Fassa.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of Entorn Vich took place over two evenings, Monday 7 July and Thursday 7 August 2025, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM, in the historic centre of Vigo di Fassa (Municipality of San Giovanni di Fassa-Sèn Jan, Trentino).

As per tradition, the village transformed into a travelling dinner with gourmet stops dedicated to Ladin flavours: alpine cheeses, mountain cured meats, carne salada, canederli, polenta, and traditional desserts of the Val di Fassa, accompanied by wines from the Consorzio Cembrani DOC and local artisanal grappas. Along the route, there was no shortage of live music, folk group dances, and demonstrations of ancient crafts, in an atmosphere of shared celebration between residents and guests.
