Wine at the heart of the community
EnoCliternia is the autumn event that, in November, enlivens Piazza Madonna Grande in Nuova Cliternia, a hamlet of Campomarino in the province of Campobasso. Two days entirely dedicated to wine, territory, and community, where wine tourism is linked to a strong social dimension.
Wineries and tastings
The protagonists are six wineries from Molise: Di Majo Norante, Tenute Martarosa, Borgo di Colloredo, Cantina Cliternia, Di Vito, and Casale Madonna Grande. The event opens with a roundtable dedicated to the relationship between wine, territory, and the future, followed by evening tastings accompanied by food stalls.
The solidarity barrel and the community vineyard
Two projects make EnoCliternia unique. The «barrique solidale» (solidarity barrel): the wineries jointly fill a barrel that is reopened the following year, with bottles featuring labels designed by schoolchildren. And the community vineyard, planted with the involvement of the Madonna Grande parish and the support of the Municipality of Campomarino. There is also space for the school project «from grape to wine», which involves the youngest children. An annual event that intertwines wine tradition, solidarity, and the town's identity.
EnoCliternia — edition 2026
The 2026 edition of EnoCliternia is expected in November in Piazza Madonna Grande, Nuova Cliternia. This is a highly anticipated event, as in 2026 the solidarity barrel filled by the wineries during the 2025 edition will be opened: the resulting bottles will have labels designed by schoolchildren. The established format of tastings with Molise wineries, the inaugural roundtable dedicated to wine and territory, and the projects of the community vineyard and the «from grape to wine» school program will return. The precise dates will be confirmed by the organizers.

The detailed program for the 2026 edition will be announced by the organizers (Madonna Grande parish and Municipality of Campomarino). The structure includes:

How to get here
Nuova Cliternia is a hamlet of Campomarino. By car: A14, exit at Termoli, then SS16 towards the south and follow signs for Nuova Cliternia. The event takes place in Piazza Madonna Grande.
