Dolcemente Castelbuono

The 2025 edition of Dolcemente Castelbuono was held from December 6th to 8th, during the Immaculate Conception weekend, bringing the streets and squares of the historic center of Castelbuono (Palermo) to life. Organized by the Associazione Baz'Art Sicilia with the support of the Municipality, the event transformed the village into a grand Madonie culinary village.

The stars were traditional sweets: cannoli, panettone, Testa di Turco, the giant buccellato, frutta martorana, and Modica chocolate, along with the Madonie Truffle. The town's historic pastry shops, including Fiasconaro, Bergi, and the Antica Pasticceria del Corso, offered free tastings, accompanied by cooking shows from master pastry chefs.

Alongside the gastronomic offerings, featuring street food, cured meats, cheeses, craft beers, and mulled wine, there were circus and musical performances, Santa's cottage, and the play area in Piazza Castello, making it a festival suitable for the whole family. Admission was free.
