Edition 2025 — Distinti Salumi

The first edition of Distinti Salumi in its renewed format took place in Cagli from April 25 to 27, 2025, reviving the event ten years after its last edition. The exhibition brought together forty small producers from fourteen Italian regions, with twenty Slow Food Presidia, in a market, tasting, and discussion format on quality artisanal charcuterie.

Distinti Salumi 2025

The 2025 edition of Distinti Salumi marked the event's return to Cagli (PU) after a ten-year absence, taking place from Friday, April 25 to Sunday, April 27, 2025. Promoted by the Municipality of Cagli with Slow Food Italia and Slow Food Marche, the exhibition brought together forty small producers from fourteen Italian regions, with the presence of twenty Slow Food Presidia.

The event opened with an institutional conference on April 25 at the city's theater, followed over the weekend by market stalls, discussion sessions between breeders, experts, and chefs, and tasting areas. Market admission was free, while tastings at the Cortili del Sale, dishes at the Osteria dell'Alleanza, and purchases from producers were subject to a fee. The success of this edition paved the way for the event's consolidation in subsequent years.
